Some of my mission footage from Afghanistan of Air Force/Air National Guard Combat Rescue/CASEVAC operations in the Helmand Valley region. Responding on the fly via the HH-60G Pave Hawk, CSAR is an advanced and highly capable rescue system for the coalition forces fighting in Afghanistan. This very sobering deployment is probably my last in an “operational” capacity as I transition within my military career. Regardless of where I end up, I will continue to push for a dedicated high quality filming team, and a “prime time” outlet for the public to maintain it’s connection with our service-members. These are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn (next to the Magnum Sidewinder HPi review to come). They are very lightweight (22 oz on my scale). and wear well so far. These are a quality set of boots that will set you back about 0 or so. Not a bad value considering what you get for the money! Clarification from Magnum: Magnum does have insoles for sale under accessories section on the website (www.magnumboots.com and with most of their retailer partners. Also, they have listened to the consumers and will be replacing the laces of the Spider Urbans from here on out.

DVD: www.amazon.com More US Army films: thefilmarchived.blogspot.com During World War II, the generally held belief in the United State was that women were incapacitated for several days each month and were accident-prone prior to and during the menses. But those who rebut the woman’s body as military liability claims argue that menstruation does not incapacitate or debilitate most women and that “female military nurses have had a long history of functioning in wartime under primitive, unsanitary conditions without questions being raised about menstruation interfering with the performance of their duties.” An argument against the inclusion of women in combat units is that placing women in combat where they are at risk of being captured and tortured and possibly sexually assaulted is unacceptable. In a Presidential Commission report it was found that male POWs, while being subject to physical abuse, were never subject to sexual abuse, and women were almost always subject to sexual abuse. Rhonda Cornum, then a major and flight surgeon, and now a Brigadier General and Command Surgeon for United States Army Forces Command, was an Iraqi POW in 1991. At the time, she was asked not to mention that she had been molested while in captivity. Cornum subsequently disclosed the attack, but said “A lot of people make a big deal about getting molested,” she noted later, adding: “But in the hierarchy of things that were going wrong, that was pretty low on my list.” A research in …
A short video I made of a C-130 Hercules @ Vandenberg AFB for Pararescue and Combat Controller team leader upgrade training. We had the pleasure of working with some elite Airmen from all over, and dropping them at various altitudes including 14000+. As an added bonus, the instructors for this course need tandem currencies and asked for volunteers. I was lucky enough to get a chance at a 14000 altitude HALO (High Altitude Low Opening) jump. Everyone in the video wearing ABU’s or a Flight Suit is either maintenance personnel or a C-130 crewmember.
The staff of Halojumper.com provide a High Altitude HALO jump for the hosts of Guinea Pig II, a Canadian produced Extreme challenge show. This episode was shot in Canada and at West Tennessee Skydiving center. Kevin Ho, Ben Crowell, Neagle ledet, and Bo Blanks provided the Extreme jump they were looking for. This show was shot in 2009.

Born to Be Wild iron maiden filmed around Volunteers Good Morning Vietnam The United States entered the war to prevent a communist takeover of South Vietnam as part of their wider strategy of containment. Military advisors arrived beginning in 1950. US involvement escalated in the early 1960s and combat units were deployed beginning in 1965. Involvement peaked in 1968 at the time of the Tet Offensive. Despite Paris Peace Accords, a peace treaty signed by all parties in January 1973 and Case-Church Amendment, a legislation passed by the US Congress in June 1973 prohibiting further direct US military intervention without Congressional authorization, the US was still heavily invested in the war until 1975.
